Craig Long is the managing attorney of Craig Long, LLC, which he founded in 2004. Craig is also the manager and owner of Alpha Title & Closing, a title company that underwrites title insurance in residential and commercial real estate closings. Craig Long, LLC has a significant real property practice, closing residential and commercial transactions throughout Georgia. The firm also has a corporate practice advising clients on legal issues relevant to companies of various forms and stages of existence, and a civil litigation practice, litigating cases involving contracts, real estate and business entities of various forms.In addition to the law firm and title company, Craig Long also formed an online real estate school in 2017, Go Pro Real Estate Academy. The school provides education for prospective and current real estate agents, to become licensed or complete their continuing education.Craig graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Government from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in 1997. Craig served as vice-president and president of the student body while at Liberty University. Craig earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in Arlington, Virginia in 2002. Craig completed the program in Corporate Securities law at George Mason, and wrote a thesis paper entitled, “The Implications of the Efficient Capital Markets Hypothesis on Capital Markets and Capital Market Regulation.”Craig is married to Katherine Long and has two sons who are seventh generation Atlantans.
Megan DiNatale is an Associate Attorney with Craig Long, LLC. Megan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice in all state and superior courts in Georgia, and the Northern District of Georgia. Her practice areas include civil litigation in contract disputes, real estate and business disputes. Megan additionally assists with the firm’s transactional practice including contract review and drafting, corporate formation, and real estate transactions. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts in History from Young Harris College in 2015 where she played collegiate softball and was a founding member of the Young Harris Chapter of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society. Megan earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 2019 where she was awarded an Outstanding Achievement Honors Award for pro bono hours served to public entities during her time in law school. Prior to joining Craig Long LLC,, she worked in general civil practice handling a variety of cases with a focus primary on real estate, business and employment issues. Megan and her husband, Tyler DiNatale, live in Gainesville, GA with their two dogs.
