Having an attorney who is experienced and professional and deeply committed to delvering a level of service and quality of execution of legal representation so as to ensure distinction in the marketplace and repeat business is essential in any real estate transaction.
The attitude of the staff of Craig Long, LLC is the driving force behind our distinguishing level of service and execution quality. Like other law firms, you will find an office with office furniture, computers, software, licensed attorneys, and personnel. However, the attitude we bring to the table, and ultimately to bear on real estate transactions, sets us apart.
Customers Come First. Our customer-focused attitude is driven by a strong understanding of the need to serve as opposed to getting hung up in the legal technicalities that could otherwise thwart the transactions, all without ignoring those legal technicalities
Problems Can Be Solved. As attorneys we are trained to spot issues but rather than focus on those problems, we choose to direct our efforts towards finding resolutions. We don’t get paid if we don’t close so we’ll make every effort to identify solutions that will help close the transaction.
Communication is Key. Being accessible is about much more than just returning voice mails and responding to emails. Our well-meshed team stays on top of the details of every transaction so that you’re not left waiting for an answer. When a live voice isn’t available to address your question, our online Closing Process system allows you to check the status of your transaction at every phase.
