Metro Atlanta is running out of new-home inventory

In 2009, there were 4,000 new homes started and 14,000 sold. At the end of 2009, there were 13,438 units of new-home inventory in metro Atlanta. Seven out of the top ten top-selling residential communities were in north metro Atlanta. Consequently, the pending shortage of new homes is going to be more pronounced in this area. read more...
